Karate for Everyone
Our Martial Arts program is an excellent way to increase physical fitness, learn self discipline, and boost self esteem. Classes are divided by age in order to to deliver positive reinforcing instruction that is catered to each age group.
Little Dragons ages 5-6
The perfect blend of building gross motor skills and having TONS of fun! Our Little Dragons program gives your little one the tools they need to prepare for school and life.
Youth Martial Arts age 7-12
Our Youth Martial Arts class is a super fun, and productive work out. Our techniques are a combination of modern "boxing" hand techniques with traditional kicking techniques. These classes are fun, and upbeat, while still emphasizing self discipline and order, in a structured, and planned class.
Teen / Adult Martial Arts ages 13-up
Our Teen/Adult Martial Arts class is a super fun, and productive work out for all ages. Just because you grew up physically, doesn't mean you have to stop having fun, or learning and improving! This class consist of teens, parents, experienced adults, adults looking to finish what they started as youth, and everything in-between.
